Our products work in Africa

In 2023, we will transport our products to a water treatment plant in Africa. Engineers collaborated with local technicians to install online COD, ammonia, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, pH detectors, data acquisition devices, and water quality samplers. They need to monitor water quality data in real-time to ensure that the water quality at the outlet meets the standards. We have designed a proprietary protocol for their standards, which includes a complete set of equipment worth 23000 US $, including instruments, pipelines, free systems, and engineer travel expenses. This online monitoring station has been running for a year and is still working well, with an error rate of 2%. So far, we have been making reagents for them for a year and giving them the reagent formula as a gift. We believe that in the near future, they will build their own laboratory and learn how to configure reagents. We believe this is a great project. We are honored to participate in the project because many countries and regions in the world still cannot access water resources normally.

The entire equipment is installed in their rudimentary station building, and we are equipped with a 15 meter inlet pipe to ensure that water is introduced into the equipment. They have their own flow meters. We collect water samples from pipelines through water quality samplers and store them in boxes using the instrument's storage function. We also monitor COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, and pH in the water. Local water treatment plants need to be connected to the internet and transmit this data every two months, so we have equipped them with K37A data collectors and free DTU module to ensure that the equipment can connect to the network locally.

We solved the problem with the most responsible attitude and actions, and encountered many difficulties during the cooperation process. However, in the end, we successfully completed their project.
