What is Water quality data logger?
The K37A environmental data acquisition instrument is connected to the front-end instrument through the analog signal interface, digital signal interface, and intelligent serial port, making the monitoring of the front-end instrument more convenient and quick. The Ethernet interface equipped with the K37A environmental data acquisition instrument can use the existing LAN broadband network communication on site, or directly dial up to the Internet through ADSL.
The GPRS communication function equipped enables the K37A environmental data acquisition instrument to automatically maintain normal communication with the monitoring center through GPRS wireless communication when there is no wired network available.

The data acquisition and transmission instrument is a connecting instrument between the field instrument and the host computer system. The data acquisition and transmission instrument collects the monitoring data, status and other information of the monitoring instrument through digital channels, analog channels and switch channels, and then transmits the data and status to the host computer through the transmission network; the host computer sends control commands through the transmission network, and the data acquisition and transmission instrument controls the monitoring instrument according to the commands. In the entire environmental online monitoring system, the host computer is a general term for the online monitoring system software platform, and the lower computer is a general term for field instruments and meters, including industrial control computers with computing and processing capabilities provided by instrument suppliers.
Management normalization
The data acquisition and transmission instrument is an essential component of the pollution source online monitoring system, and its main function is management normalization. According to the requirements of relevant national standards, the role of the online monitoring system is to establish a unified, functional, and vertically connected information platform throughout the province, so as to achieve information synchronization and timely connection between enterprises, operation and maintenance units, county-level environmental protection, municipal-level environmental protection and provincial-level monitoring platforms. The data generated by the system is a reference standard for the supervision and law enforcement of the government environmental protection department, and there are clear requirements for data source, data format, data accuracy, and collection frequency. Instrument manufacturers are only responsible for the accuracy of analytical data, and many instruments have their own data transmission methods, which results in inconsistent data interfaces and chaotic management. The role of data acquisition and transmission instruments can solve this chaotic situation. After the front-end instrument is connected to the host computer using a data acquisition and transmission instrument, the "field instrument + data acquisition instrument" mode that meets national standards can well achieve normalized management.
Operation and maintenance standardization
The data acquisition and transmission instrument is the guarantee for achieving standardized operation and maintenance. After the construction of the online monitoring and control system is completed, system operation, maintenance and management are the key to ensuring the normal operation of the system. Only by first achieving the stability of data transmission can the accuracy of online monitoring data be gradually improved, and finally the goal of using monitoring data as the basis for environmental management can be achieved. Therefore, using a stable data acquisition and transmission instrument can realize the programming and standardization of operation and maintenance work, so as to improve the efficiency of system maintenance and emergency handling
Transmission standardization
The data acquisition and transmission instrument realizes the standardization of data transmission. The host computer of the online monitoring system uses a set of public software platforms, and the front end is an independent station house and independent acquisition system. Data transmission in the field system involves two parts, communication with the host computer system and communication with the field instrument (or field machine). At present, all upper computer monitoring platform suppliers use the standard HJ/T212-2005 protocol to communicate with field machines. Due to the wide variety of field instrument communications, the output signals are also different. The data acquisition and transmission instrument is compatible with these communication methods, and the instrument output signals or data are processed in a standardized manner, so that different types of instruments and various data monitoring platforms can achieve "transparent transmission". Most of the flue gas systems on the market come with industrial computers, and some manufacturers' water quality instrument systems also come with industrial computers. However, the industrial computer is only a part of the instrument end, and it also requires a data acquisition and transmission instrument to achieve standardized data transmission.
